"Got the Magento 2 Advanced..."
I got the Magento 2 Advanced Reviews & Reminders Extension. It's definitely worth the extra cash compared to the competition. They really considered all the details. Seriously, don’t bother checking out other options. Plus, their support is top-notch. I added their free lazy load extension, which has an awesome image preload feature. It didn’t play nice with my MagicToolbox extension, but they made it work for free—how cool is that? You all are amazing!

"Decent customer support, but their suggestions didn't quite hit the mark"
I reached out to Plumrocket regarding a speed problem with Magento 2. They conducted an audit and mentioned that some of their products and implementations could help address the issue. They went ahead and set up the first of these suggestions. However, we were a bit let down by the outcome, so we decided not to proceed with any further installations. Maybe it was a case of expectation management. In the end, we found a solution to our speed problem elsewhere. Still, Plumrocket was good to work with overall and genuinely offers a solid service, in my opinion.
